Registration Information

How do I register and how much is it?

You can register online to participate in the spin, yoga or kinesis class for the location of your choice as long as there are spots available. You can also download the registration form and mail it in to the TGen Foundation.  There is a $200 tax-deductible donation to register to cycle, $50 for yoga and $100 for kinesis.

When does online registration close?

Online registration closes on Friday, May 5th at 11:59 p.m. MT.  You can register the day of the event should the location have spots still available.  You can register on event day beginning an hour before at your event location. T-shirts are not guaranteed for event day registration.  

How many locations are participating?

You can join at any 5 of the locations. The event takes place inside the club’s spin room for the spin classes.

Do I have to have a Village Healthclub membership or Studio 360 membership to participate?

No, you don’t need a membership; you are welcome to participate in the fundraising event.

Fundraising/Personal Page/Participant Center Questions

I’ve registered, now what?

Start fundraising and spread the word!  Encourage others to ride with you or donate to your page. 

Do I have to fundraise or collect donations?

Fundraising is not required, but it is the most crucial part of this event! It is so important to ask everyone you know to support your participation in this event by making a donation.

How do I fundraise?

Once you registered, you are given a personal fundraising page.  You can personalize your page, add a picture and tell your story about why you are riding for a cure.   You can forward your personal page website link to all your contacts for them to donate right to your page. 

What if I am already registered and need to register a friend/family member?

1. Make sure you are logged out of your Participant Center 2. Select the location for the new participant. 3. When completing the registration fields, use a different email address than the one used when registering yourself. If this is not possible, please use a different User Name/Password for the new registrant. 

What is the Participant Center?

Everyone who registers online will have access to the Participant Center. Your Participant Center will enable you to personalize your fundraising page, share your story about why you are participating in the Cycle for the Cure and send emails to family/friends/co-workers asking them to support you.  

When registering, how do I know if I am a new or returning user?

If this is your first time participating in the Cycle for the Cure, you are a new user. If you have participated or donated in the past, you are a returning user. If you are a returning user and cannot remember your log-in information, please click the link to have your log-in information emailed to you. If you do not receive the email with this information, please email

What if I lose my user name/password? Click the arrow beside the Login fields. On the right side of the page, you will see links that say "Forgot my user name" and "Forgot my password." Or email for assistance. 

If I participated last year, will my contacts be stored in my Participant Center?

Yes. If you participated last year, the contacts you uploaded should be stored in your Participant Center.

Are transactions on this site secure and will you use my name or email for anything other than this event?

Yes - transactions are secure.  No - your contact information will not be shared with any outside sources. If you would prefer to not receive any emails from the TGen Foundation, please select the "Opt Out" option when registering.  

Where is the Post Ride Party?

There are 4 Post Ride Parties planned. Cameback Village Healthclub is hosting a party on their patio for everyone.  The party is free for participants, and we are accepting a $20 donation for all non-participatns to come. DC Ranch, Gainey, and Ocotillo are hosting celebrations for their riders taking place immediatly after their rides.

Can I still support Cycle for the Cure if I can’t attend the event?

Absolutely. You can make a secure online donation at by selecting the “Donate to a Rider” tab from the top navigation menu. Or mail your personal check, money order, or certified bank check - payable to TGen Foundation - to the following address: TGen Foundation/ Cycle for the Cure 445 N. 5th St.  Suite 120 Phoenix, AZ 85004.  If you want to support a specific rider or location please indicate that.
